Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a Controller or Sr. Leadership role.
- Experience managing a total department headcount in excess of 20 in current or previous role.
- Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Proven experience in people development and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and ERP systems.
