Our process is thorough, transparent, efficient, and interactive. We conduct in-depth interviews with every candidate we represent in order to understand each candidate’s skill-set, strengths & weaknesses, career aspirations, personality and culture fit, etc.
We conduct extensive reference checks and other due diligence on candidates who go through the interview process with our clients.
We provide our clients the ability to utilize our office in order to interview candidates, whenever needed. We gladly consult with clients on their interview process in order to evaluate or enhance their approach, if requested.
We stand by all of our placements with a guarantee period included in our agreement.
