Job Details:
The Audit Manager will oversee the audit process from start-to-finish for client engagements across multiple industries, while leading small-to-mid-sized teams of Staff & Seniors. Clients include companies throughout numerous sectors, including but not limited to Technology, Real Estate, VC & Private Equity, Manufacturing & Distribution, Hospitality, Entertainment, CPG, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Construction, Healthcare, and Not-for-Profit, amongst others. All of the firm’s clients are in Austin and the surrounding areas (so there is no travel involved), and they adhere to a hybrid / partially-remote work arrangement (dependent on client needs).
Qualifications:
To be considered, candidates should have at least five (5) years of Audit / Assurance experience with a Big Four or national/regional CPA firm, along with an active CPA license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed, in addition to proven leadership abilities. Previous experience with middle-market audit clients is desirable, along with prior exposure to PE-backed and pre-IPO companies.
